I ordered a wedding dress which didn't fit. It was eligible for returns however they told me to have it altered. When I declined, they offered me $30 (for a $207dress) and told me to find another buyer.
When I emailed them again, they just copy my message and paste it in their return message.
I am working with my bank to reverse the charge at this time.
