Got suspended for unknown reasons and eBay has yet to give me any logical reasoning. Tried endless months to get an answer but no one would help. All they did was give me the runaround and cut me off when I was looking to speak with higher management. After being a member for over 3 years, they didn't even bother to acknowledge my requests.

They don't care about you like they used to. EBay makes it where sellers are on the losing end. Such corruption but yet they don't see that.

I had to hire Auction Essistance to help me set up a new business account just so I can start selling again.

Starting over from scratch isn't fun, but when you don't have much other options, it is the only logical solution at the time.

I had bought an eBay seller account and it got suspended instantly so I contacted the live chat support but they lashed out on me claiming that I misused the account. Tried to calm them down and explain that it was suspended for invalid seller information. From then on the support was downhill. I was a returning customer so I would have expected to get treated better but guess not. Closed the chat and never wanted to deal with them again.

But 3 days later I get an email from one of the people named Ricky and issued a replacement. I then explain I was verbally accused of scamming even though I didn't.

He apologized and insisted he will get that matter handled asap. I have no clue on the live chat agents they hire, but they are inept and rude.

Would I buy again? Most likely since prices are cheap and they do work. I have had worst support but accounts do work once issues are squared away. Had plenty of issues with other sellers with response time and their lack of English too.

So I guess we will see how this goes. Would rather much deal with Ricky directly instead of having to go through live chat. Hopefully they see this review and start putting in some changes.

Vbas worked before, but they are just plain crap as of lately. Had 3 accounts limited due to suspicious bank. I had contacted them to find a solution and their support nearly takes forever to get back to you. Even on skype, I cannot get an answer.

Not to mention, he insists that banks must be used within 12 hours or they expire. Many times I tried to verify, the login details do not work. This is 4 hours after receive them too. So I can't get a response from skype, email or live chat about any of the issues.

What am I supposed to do? Bitcoins are not cheap buddy. I can't keep buying them and wasting them purchasing from your site. If you are not going to provide quality stuff, then why are you even selling?
