I ordered 2 orders in the last few months and each had problems. I am still trying to complete an order that was placed 11/27/20. They charged me for entire order and I do not have the items. What a sham. They have all kinds of excuses. How can they charge you for items they don't send? Today I waited on the phone for 45 minutes to get this resolved and it's still not. So my suggestion is to anyone wanting to place an order DON'T! I would give 0 stars if possible. The following is an email they sent. Why did it get sent when the order wasn't complete? Such a joke.
