I'm waiting for the other section of my order. They sent out only ONE SIDE of the curtain and two tie-backs. The guy I spoke to was shipping it out. They tried to CHARGE ME AGAIN, only it didn't go through on my card because my credit card was fraudulently used. Now I'm calling again, and after speaking to another customer service rep, I'M ON HOLD 40 MINUTES THEN SHE DISCONNECTS THE CALL!
Tip for consumers: Their customer service is HORRIBLE BEYOND WORDS!!!!!!
