I ordered a dress for my daughter to wear to my wedding. As they don't have any larger models showcasing their product, we picked the dress we thought would work. It didn't.
I contacted JJSHOUSE immediately and asked for the refund process to begin. 14 days later, after paying for return shipping with signature (JJSHOSE request) they claim to not have received the package. Thanks goodness I paid for signature so I have proof!
I tried to send them the tracking number, they said they couldn't find the information They had confused an O for a 0 (zero) and didn't bother to check both. Instead they wrote me an email (which would have taken longer to do than check the tracking number again) and now I have to wait another day to go to step 2 of the return process.
The dress prices look great, very enticing. However the dresses end up being very expensive if they don't fit and they have poor customer service. It is almost like they don't want to give you a refund!
At the beginning, I wanted to exchange for another dress (our second choice).
However at this point, I want my full money back.
Never again. I would rather pay a bit more money and have good customer service and instant contact with someone from another online retailer rather than use JJSHOUSE ever again.
I have told all my family and friends, work colleague and anyone else who would listen, to stay away from JJSHOUSE.
Stay far far far away.
