On my third order with Allivet my request for a refill was rejected by my Vet (not Allivets fault). But instead of calling and leaving me a message, they sent an email. Several days passed & I dont have my dogs pills. Thats when I check my email to find the email from Allivet. Now it has been 5 days & no pills. (I paid for faster shipping). I give them the new vet info & customer service says they will rush the order - 2 day shipping. Days pass, no pills. Call again & I am told it has shipped & I can expect it in 5-7 days! Now my poor dog has been without Galliprant & Frontline Plus for over 11 days & I have to wait another 5 days at least. Given the holiday shipping rush, Ill be lucky to get it by Christmas. Plus no free shipping even though order was over $49. ($139 spent!) I was told you have to choose the free shipping. I PAID FOR THE FASTER SHIPPING & HAVENT RECEIVED IT YET. No offer to refund the shipping I paid for, no offer of discount for the confusion, Nothing! Totally poor customer service. Allivet could have called & left a voice mail message & the whole problem could have been resolved 11 days ago. Ridiculous!
