I expressed dismay about the Gro Shampoo being out of stock on the recent sale; soon I got a reply assuring me it would be restocked soon; then I got an update when that shipment was delayed due to weather; now I am waiting for it. Customer service is excellent--so are the shampoo and conditioner.
