Lots of information needed, but feel like the process was very thorough.
I ordered a hooded sweatshirt for my hubby for Christmas on 11/18/2020. He opened it Christmas and the size needed to be changed. I find out when I go online that no exchanges/refunds after 30 days! I called the first business day after Christmas to talk with Alex, who informed me that THIS ONE TIME he would allow an exchange. They send NO LABEL, and do not pay for ANY RETURN SHIPPING. This is so unlike any of the other on line retailers that have everything you need for easy returns. I decided to donate the item to charity and to NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
Tip for consumers:
I would not use Full Source, LLC again.
Products used:
none, donated to charity as it did not fit and the return policy was not to my liking. They send no label and do not pay return shipping.
