This is Jan 12,2019. I Placed order on Nov 11,2018. On the XIEEJUGOODS site, I filled in all the usual information - on what appeared to be a normal, authentic order form - including charge card info, shipping address, email address, etc. I was given a receipt which stated: Order payment is successful!". The receipt stated what I had ordered and the Order Cost. It gave me a Transaction ID, an Order number and Order Status: Processing. The XIEJUGOODS site included Q&A, how to keep track of your order and what to do if you did not receive your order which was good as I like to keep track of my orders. During the next few days, I kept checking in only to find out that my Order Status was still "Processing". Then, on Nov 13, I noticed - on my Bank Statement - an unrecognized charge. I came to find out that it was XIEJUGOODS in disguise, and they had charged me $2.87 more than the actual order cost of $22.72. I thought maybe this was the shipping charge. On the Order form, when it came to the shipping charge, I wondered what "Best charge" meant. I was never actually given the shipping charge. That was the only thing I questioned about the whole transaction. I thought the reason my order was still "Processing" was due to a misunderstanding about the shipping charge. As the days and weeks passed without receiving my item, I tried communicating to them about it - using their site which they provided for such inquiries, but I got no answer from them. I questioned them repeatedly, eventually demanding to know when I would be getting my order - giving them a copy of the receipt they gave me and how to get hold of me. NO ANSWER! EVER! And, no product. I'd been scammed. I have followed up by filing a Consumer Complaint Form with my Attorney General.
