A restaurant website used this company for their online orders and they are the WORST!
I called the restaurant and told them to cancel their service so they do not lose good return customers like me.
I placed an order at 6:30pm and they called to verify my credit card 15 minutes later.
Over an hour and no food. I called them back and they said their rep had not been able to get a hold of me so they put the order on hold, I told them that was a lie as I has did verify the credit card and gave them the time off my phone this was done. They then said the problem was with their security people who had not called the restaurant to clear the order.
These jokers should not be in business!
