Update: I see B&H replied that they tired to contact me. Unfortunately the attempt got lost in the ethers and didn't make it to me.
Overall the company has a great reputation. Sometimes a transaction goes sideways, it happens.
FYI: Their quotes are only good for 24 hours. I was not advised of that. Today I went to purchase the camera and it has been sold. I had several phone calls with them between 1st contact and today. I scoured my emails, at no time was I advised the quote was a 24 hour window. BE AWARE: There is a Forbes webpage that shows some discounts, but B&H said the webpage was not an authentic webpage of theirs. If you have a problem be prepared to get transferred around and sometimes to dead end extensions. Some of the staff were very nice. Some just don't care. End result? No camera.
