Once you cancel they continue to bill you year after year. Each year I have to try to get customer service, which is a whole other issue, and try to get the charges credited back to my account. I have had four missed calls from them so far and have an open chat box going for thirty minutes with only my response from the company. I was holding my phone and it didn't ring, it went to missed call!!! Worst customer service ever!!!
