Your customer service has been lackluster. You attempt pickups at the wrong location for almost a year now despite calls changing the address. The shredding bin at my office is completely full and I cannot get it picked it up. What gives? Are you not in the money making business?
My order was supposed to arrive between July 28 and August 1. It is now 9 pm on august 8 and my order is still in production. Numerous emails and calls and i cannot find out when I will receive my order. Will NEVER order from this company again!
