I ordered a Wesley Allen iron bed from this company 4 months ago. The bed took months to arrive and when it was finally delivered, it was damaged...looked as though someone had dropped the headboard and the beautiful iron work was gouged in several places. We took tons of photos with the delivery truck and men in the photos, sent them to Humble Abode and after a long process they said they'd get Wesley Allen to send a replacement headboard. We have heard nothing from Humble Abode for an additional 2 months now and still no replacement headboard for what is an heirloom quality bed that has a damaged headboard! Today, the website appears to be nonexistent and no one is answering the phones! We are just beside ourselves! This company is clearly not on the up and up. I think we've been scammed!! We have two other gorgeous Wesley Allen Iron beds that were purchased from our local furniture store and so regret not having gone back to the local reputable dealers. Was trying to save a little money by going with this company, but the ensuing headaches have made this purchase a disaster! Will have to now try to figure out what we are going to do. Left with a damaged, expensive iron bed and just sick about it!!! Buyer beware, but it doesn't even look as though it's possible to reach this "business" anymore anyway!!! Sooo sickened and discouraged by this whole ordeal! I don't normally write reviews, but in this case I felt compelled to do so!!
