Would give this place zero stars if I could! Customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE! Bobby was the sales guy that "helped" me and he was beyond rude and condescending towards me. I called him back the day I brought home the 1st vehicle I had purchased, to discuss some issues I had found on the vehicle and about an ad I had found on the internet for the very same vehicle at the same place that showed the starting price of the truck 5 to 6 grand lower then the starting price they had give me. They basically ripped me off... ROYALLY! I tried to express my issues with him and he talked over me the entire time and jumped down my throat about all of it. I went back to this place multiple times for multiple different reasons. I ended up getting a different vehicle and Bobby had no info on any of the vehicles I had asked about. All he knew was the year, make and model and that was it. Come to find out, this place is known for buying auctioned cars. 2ndly... after having the 2nd vehicle, Jeep, for a few months... I get a phone call from the dealership asking when I was going to be paying the $1000 down payment that I had no idea I had to make. I had put down $1000 on the 1st vehicle and basically got screwed out of that money and they then expected me to pay another grand. I called the finance guy to find out what was going on and he talked to me like the Bobby guy did and was completely rude and would not let me get a full sentence in. He claims he talked to me about the grand and I don't remember any convo about that and it did not show any extra $1000 payment on my paperwork anywhere! This place ripped me off 3 times! I talked to my hair lady, who also bought a vehicle from them, and she said she was sold a lemon. Which this place is also known for doing. I've had my Jeep for a few months now and I keep finding issues with it... hence why I am now writing this review. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL BLOW SMOKE UP *******@SS AND RIP YOU OFF AS MUCH AS THEY CAN. This situation had stressed me out so bad and the experience was so horrible that I have also reported them to the BBB. GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
