As most of the people before me, I was also charged $12.97 without giving them authorization to do so. Customer service has said they will issue a refund and were most kind, BUT, and I mean a big BUT, the representative said I signed up with my email address which she quoted, AND THEN SHE QUOTED MY PASSWORD! How is it that she knew my password?
