The management has unreasonable expectations, which then puts unreasonable pressure on the employees. This terrible work atmosphere pushes away a lot of employees, and this results in a relatively high turnover rate. Also, the fact that there aren't any pros to working here makes it more appealing to leave or just avoid this company altogether.
