We do not often go to the Eastwood mall in Niles, OH 17 miles away except for Sam's gas; but we are now going to go more often. Reason? Boscov's. The store is huge, the merchandise is of very good to excellent quality well stocked, and the prices are fair or much better than fair, even better than most other competitors.
However, those are not the only reasons. We went in just to look around, and we found a relatively expensive item for our new home for which we had been looking for months; so we were going to purchase it on the spot. However, the sales rep suggested that we apply for a Boscov's credit card. Well, there was a glitch in the process. My wife had a Boscov's account, which she had forgotten, in San Antonio, TX; and it took almost TWO HOURS to straighten it all out to change the information.
Cassandra was a gem. She stood with us all the way to get us through, probably even missing or delaying her lunch break. Michelle also pitched in, and so did the manager and so did the staff in customer service. Without them, we probably would have walked.
You will be seeing us.
P.S. While our time at customer service, there were customers who returned merchandise. Their treatment was courteous and efficient. There were no complaints from any of them.
