I asked for a case study essay and included the link for the case study I wanted to use. The paper was supposed to be a an evidenced based paper off of the statement I provided AND I gave a link to a scientific journal with a case study I wanted them to use. Their writer used their own article (not a case study - with no evidence based practice) basically describing how a piece of equipment was used. I patiently waited for my paper (past the deadline) without results. I finally contacted customer service and was told my paper was completed and they sent it to me. I voiced that they used my statement question but did not use my article to support the statement.
The response was a copy and paste of my question... followed by... was this not your statement? Your paper was completed within 10 minutes of receipt of out writer. I told them it was obvious. It was not an appropriate paper, nor what I asked for. I was told too bad, so sad.
I followed by telling them that this paper was unacceptable and now had to be completed by someone else since they were unwilling to fix their error when I provided them all information needed. The paper was literally a few short sentences thrown in and scattered. A middle school aged child could've done a better job.
I am disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone. EVER. Not to mention they are rude.
