I ordered a product from this site on Dec. 13. The emails I received from them a couple of days later gave a tracking number and according to that number the item is still in China. This was supposed to be a Christmas present! Wrote them on Dec. 31 and again today, January 7. On Jan 3 I did receive an email from Ian in Customer Service offering to increase my coupon from 10% to 15%! I tried to email him but it came back undeliverable, Any one else have a similar experience with this site? Thanks

So sorry to hear you are not able to access your account due to a password reset issue. Please make sure you are opening your email in the "inbox" and not from the spam/junk folder as the link will not work if that is the case.
The link you click on has a pop-up embedded in it so make sure you have pop-ups enabled on your browser in order for the link to work.
