Has anybody had any dealings with Bedroom Guardian? I ordered their product a WEEK ago and have not received it. Of course I can't get anyone on their customer no-service number. I want to cancel my order as I don't actually have bed bugs and I don't need the product! I am really frustrated - I have called 2 different numbers and just get put on hold. The good news is they are on the west coast and I can call til 8:00 PM my time.

I finally did get a customer service representative on the phone. She really couldn't answer my questions about bed bugs so I told her I would be returning the product. I checked with her to be sure where I should ship it. And I got my refund approximately two weeks later.

So sorry to hear you are not able to access your account due to a password reset issue. Please make sure you are opening your email in the "inbox" and not from the spam/junk folder as the link will not work if that is the case.
The link you click on has a pop-up embedded in it so make sure you have pop-ups enabled on your browser in order for the link to work.

The product I ordered finally arrived yesterday! Interesting, don't you think? I contacted them again via their site and lo and behold here it is! I will not purchase anything from this site again. I hope my experience has helped others. Thanks Sitejabber for allowing me to vent!

I ordered a product from this site on Dec. 13. The emails I received from them a couple of days later gave a tracking number and according to that number the item is still in China. This was supposed to be a Christmas present! Wrote them on Dec. 31 and again today, January 7. On Jan 3 I did receive an email from Ian in Customer Service offering to increase my coupon from 10% to 15%! I tried to email him but it came back undeliverable, Any one else have a similar experience with this site? Thanks
