“Disgusting service avoid like the plague”

Atrocious. Avoid like the plague. Almost every single parcel gets damaged, when you insure it they turn around and say " oopsie that's on no compensation list-EVEN WHEN IT IS NOT -yet they are very happy to take your money beforehand. No regard for customers at all. Disgusting customer service.
