Bought a piano on 7th March
Bought a piano on 7th March. Didn't receive and so tried to get money back. Impossible task! Told we had to wait 20 business days for our money. 10th April told we had refund but didn't. Emailed them and they asked for me to wait 5 more business days (laughable). I told them NO! And reported them to Barclaycard today (11th April). Meanwhile they emailed me back saying: Transcript below-
