This is a direct contact with management: "Your website still sucks and your DB problems still exist after 12 years. As a developer, I can say this and know it's true - your developer(s) is an idiot. The site is slow as ----, it's trying to load too much JS on each page load, the cart is an absolute joke and that's on top of your real problem of your site still not being able to access customer accounts. Every time I try to place an order, I end up wasting the better part of half an hour trying to figure out how your code is going to identify my account in the DB. In the end, I always have to resort to going through your insanely slow checkout process manually as a first-time customer - absurd. This will be the last time I place an order with ZNaturals. I don't know anyone who has time to waste on a site like this one, I know I certainly don't!"
Here is their response: "Thank you for reaching out to us and I apologize for the inconvenience. Most people browse through our website without issue so I am not sure why you are having so much trouble using our site. However, we will be happy to take your orders over the phone if placing them online is too difficult for you."
This site is constantly being changed from bad to worse. Unless you have a couple of hours to waste waiting for a website to handle the simplest of functions, I would avoid ZNatural like the plague. The products on this site can be bought anywhere. This is just one of many distributors, the only difference being packaging. Besides a dysfunctional website, they have no clue what customer service means.
