There is no option for zero stars which is closer to the service.
Items ordered were delivered late on 2 seperate orders. Items were damaged and I have been chasing a return for nearly a month.
No collection when arranged, they arrived a week later than booked. Threatened a £10 a day charge but didn't pay £10 for the week of missed collections.
It has taken a week for their courier to receive the damaged return.
I am still waiting for updates, I have to raise enotes and tweet to get any kind of update. Communication is diabolical.
I've used eBuyer for many years but after this, never again.
