Not having a good experience. Ordered via their Facebook ad on 12. 11. 18. Anxious for Christmas delivery I too now find no response to emails or voicemails. Having read the reviews I'm always going to look at the sweater I ordered with buyer's remorse, if I ever get it. I ordered this sweater in XL black. Don't order from those Facebook ads!
