I bought a battery for my laptop, and had it shipped fast to Germany. But unfortunately one cell seemed to be broken. I contacted the support team and got helpful advices. Nothing helped so I got a full refund without any discussion. So 5 stars for that, not leaving me alone with my problems and accepting, that the product might be defective. That's worth a lot in todays online shop world!
