I have been using this site for two years and have always been credited points and had no problem receiving my rewards. Recently, I have taken part in a product test and a weekly diary with promises of good rewards. I completed the product test and both accompanying surveys but was only paid for the first survey £5.00, not the second which was £15.00 in value. Customer service replied stating all accepted people for the survey received their payment today - the exact day I emailed? I had the same problem with the weekly diary - they paid the first small survey instalment but not the larger promised incentive upon completion. I am disappointed as they were really good to start with but have recently become rather dishonest by taking your time and opinions for little or no recompense. They also do not reply properly to complaints or send a useless reply. I think it is time to close my account and post a similar review on every site and app store I possibly can.
