I ordered what was claimed to be a factory repair manual for my car. I received an incomplete, out of order, and nearly illegible copy of an aftermarket manual. I was surprised because the feedback on the page indicated that the manual was the real factory manual. I left negative feedback, only to find it was being changed by the seller. Tradebit did refund my money, but they have yet to change their feedback system. So long as sellers can alter the feedback, I don't think you can trust that you will get what is advertised on Tradebit.

My son had a broken screen on his Acer netbook. This was one of the few sites that had that particular screen available, and the price here was less than the others. The panel was shipped promptly and packed well. It was identical in every way to the original. The video instuctions on the web site were complete and accurate and allowed me to do this delicate job without breaking any of the very fragile plastic parts on this little netbook. I don't think I would have attempted this job without the videos as a guide. I was very pleased with the transaction and the product and would definitely order from them again.
