“It works if you stick to it”

I had the hypnosis done a year ago. It worked great. I lost 25 pounds. Then on Christmas I picked up a piece of chocolate my child left on the table and it was over. I'm looking for them to come back to my area so I can go again. That one act of mindless eating made me snap out if it lol.
