I SIGNED UP FOR THIS SERVICE BUT WAS UNAWARE THAT IT IS A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. I WENT ON THEIR SITE AND IT SAID i COULD CANCEL VIA TEXT MESSAGE OR BY FOLLOWING A LINK IN THE INSTRUCTIONS. WHEN i TEXTED, THEY REPLIED "THE KEYWORD YOU SPECIFIED WAS NOT RECOGNIZED". I TRIED 3 MORE TIMES AND EACH OF THOSE ATTEMPTS WAS REPLIED WITH "NOT DELIVERED". WHEN I TRIED THE LINK IN THEIR SITE IT DIDN'T WORK EITHER. THEN I SEARCHED FOR AND FOUND THEIR PHONE NUMBER. AND WAS ABLE TO CANCEL VIA PHONE. I WONDER HOW MANY PEOPLE QUIT TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT. CERTAINLY NOT MY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ONLINE SITES, BUT THEIR ONLINE INFORMATION SHOULD BE CORRECT.
Your size guide bears no resemblence to reality. If I get this item and it does not fit, I will be extremely displeased

Size of items from different designers differ. So you cannot choose the size according you usually wear. You should refer to size chart to check the measurement.

Unfortunately, when I spoke to the hotel this morning, they would not change my reservation either, although they had told me that they would. So now, I'm going to review the hotel, Vernon Downs Casino Hotel.
I made reservations at a hotel for 4 nights. I needed to cancel the first night. This place will only cancel the entire reservation, nothing less. Clever. Don't book through them. Fortunately, the hotel was very helpful. And worked around it.
