I signed up to use the site, but found it wasn't worth it. So, I cancelled my membership. The website correctly says "Your scribd membership has expired"... BUT I just realized they have been charging my credit card every month since I quit in September. I'm now logging them as fraudulent on my credit card site.
Hi Martha - Since you cancelled but have still continued to be charged, this means you have a second account that you created with us, which was not cancelled. Please email us at help@scribd.com and we will locate that second account and issue a refund. Thank you!
