“Horrible customer service”

Received the wrong merchandise sent several emails left several voicemails to have some one return my phone calls and got NO RESPONSE... when i try calling back the recording says they are closed due to the memorial holiday, memorial day was monday it is now Wednesday so how can you still be closed
