It was okay and it took a long time to ship. I feel that your products should incorporate plus sizes for women.

I brought this product because I needed a headset that announced the callers by name. According to Motorola's description of the product in their advertisement states, "announces caller by name, and more." This is false advertisement! In the owner's manual, it states "if your phone knows the caller's number, you'll hear call from <number> on an incoming call." So if you have purchased this item based on this feature, return it, and let them know this is false advertisement.

I ordered a black leather 8" tablet case with keyboard. When I received on 3/2/15, I was missing the USB cord and the "so-called" leather case was an overlay with duct tape. I contacted the company the same that I received and requested a refund. The rep stated that I would have a full refund in 24 hours. Today (3/5/15), I checked my account, still no refund. I went on the live chat again, and they wanted to offer me 300 points. I said "hell no" because that is not what I was promised. After several minutes of debating with rep., Chen Cherry said that I would receive a refund in 1-2 business days. DO NOT order from these people.
