“Worst customer service. Stay away! I NEVER write reviews but THIS is the worst EXPERIENCE!”

I have been a client for over 6 years and they have been impossible to work with. There is no phone number, email, or live chat feature to trouble shoot. The VEND cart feature just stopped working - my clients cannot access their galleries any more and I have been trying to work with customer service for over 2 weeks to get this fixed.
