This is Marley again... I keep calling cheapFare Guru until March 1st/21. Because i need to make the new reservacion. But they foolish me. They promess me to call me back like 4 times but nobody call. I call again and i was asking for a supervise. But was impossible to talk with somebody who can help. Finally they told me that I have to pay 350 us dollars more for a new reservation. I think they only want a lot more money. Because my ticket cost me $497.85 then I paid $165 more for a second and they want me to paid $350 more its too much... I asked Avianva also if they return my money they only are going to return $349.85... the rest of the money cheaofareguru suppose to return... anyway cheapfareguru doesn't return money... it could be something to stop this agency taking advance from people that need their money back. Also the customers service is terrible

The company is asking for a lot more money for new reservation after de airlines change my flight... after paid again extra $165 us dollars for new reservation the airline change again the date for travel... they toll me that they are no going to return my money and that I have to pay for another reservation,,, I need my money back because I can't travel the dates the airline gave me. And also because due to the virus I need my money to solve economics problems... If somebody can help me to recover my money including the exta $165 I paid when I did second reservation, please let me know what can I do. T
