Pray you don't have to deal with the customs clearance advisors at UPS Brokerage. Unable to process simple documents, request the same documents over and over again, Hold your items and then demand storage fees for the privilege! Utterly clueless and calamitous.

UPDATE: THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND IT IS EMPTY. THIS IS A HIGH VALUE ITEM THAT HAS BEEN LOST BY THE DISASTROUS UPS. NOT ONCE HAVE THEY APOLOGISED. I AM FILING A POLICE REPORT.
