Where to start... Awful customer service not even based in the US. Poor excuses to ban people and annoying offer spamming (they don't even listen to the community, only appealing to ideas that could make them earn more money) They should have been out of commission years ago but they know they can milk more cash from that "next" wannabe social media app with all the minors joining. Also, its not safe, adults pretend to be kids and kids to be adults also the staff WONT ban offenders even if you give them proof (not to mention their reporting system is from the stone age and they can't even back up your evidence because of their so called "privacy" BS). They used to be okay around early 2010's now they're just scammers and they don't even try to hide it. Sorry IMVU you used to be cool, but with your poorly optimized website, outdated features, scamming tactics, lack of professionalism and awful customer service, you don't even deserve 1 star.
Tip for consumers:
If you ever run into an issue, get ready to waste a lot of time with their trash customer service automaton copy/paste replies until you finally get an actual arrogant/clueless human staff that can't even speak or understand English either that or they will just play the "back and forth" game until you give up. Don't bother wasting your hard earned money on this. They're ONLY good enough to spam you with automatic replies and offers, that's HOW they care about you.
