Placed an order online Monday. Put suite number in. Then on Friday get a notice they are cancelling due to no suite number. Call up. They say that Paypal is messing up in putting in suite number. Transferred to someone who supposedly can fill order over phone. Told they cannot actually place orders over the phone. Told the part is not in stock when prior guy said they came in this morning. The price went up $20 online. Could order to home possibly without a suite number, but after this fiasco, don't trust them.

I wanted to follow up on this with you to ask how your EGO hedge trimmer was operating. If you do not recall, we were able to resolve this by having you replace the order with the correct suite number and at the original price before the manufacturer price increase. Thanks for your business!
