The flowers I ordered arrived to my friend's (who lives in another country) place on the day I indicated and the flowers look close enough like the picture. I was satisfied with the product. The card I ordered with it also arrived.
What I wasn't satisfied with (which is why I only put three stars) is the customer service. The order page to put the address in was hard to navigate, that's why the address was shown faulty. I wasn't able to change it so I wrote an e-mail. When I tried to contact customer service, I never got a reply. It was my first time using a flower shipping service, so it made me very nervous. I only ever received e-mails from the country's post service updates, which put me at ease a little. It's still odd, however, that a website who is so adamant about having good customer service would never reply to my messages. If you want to see your order update on their website, you need an account. But nowhere does it say "create an account", only "log in", which is weird. If you go to "forgot password", you can actually make a "new" password and log in, but that's such a round-about way to do it. It's really hard to navigate and frustrating.
I'm thankful for the flowers that made my friend happy, but if I ever need to send flowers again, I might use a different service with better customer service.
