A year ago I bought a composting system from Agamemnon Timber. It has proven to be excellent, tough and hardwearing. This year I decided to get the bespoke lids for the system. Unfortunately these were not suitable for our needs. Agamemnon were a delight to deal with, arranging courier collection at their expense and refunding my payment same day.

I get parcels delivered by Yodel every month or so. A couple of years ago their service was dreadful with parcels (cases of wine) probably stolen at the local hub. However over the last year, a change of regular driver and I have only one slight moan and that is about the Yodel tracker. I get told by the sender when the parcels have left them but the Yodel tracker doesn't show any information until it arrives at the local hub. Then I get an estimated delivery slot but very often it comes the day before. Which is usually okay with me and especially when the tracker shows my local area and the location of the delivery van.

Four Seasons Fuel delivered a load of logs today, they advertised it as 0.8cm3 when in fact I received 0.45cm3. The manager Helen refused to deliver further wood to make up the shortfall, or charge me less to reflect the actual amount delivered. I had to return the logs for a refund. The manager I spoke to was rude and brushed me off with "I'm too busy to discuss this now".

In the hour since I see they have changed their website to show a smaller load size but even so I was given a short measure.

The next day I was contacted by the company who admitted they delivered a short load for technical reasons (new bags are smaller). They are amending their website and have offered compensation to other customers. On that basis I have given them three more stars to the original one.
