Customer then blames me and lies in a review thinking taskrabbit will buy him a new TV.
I will never ask a customer for help again. Taskrabbit policy sucks, the "customer is always right" makes it easy to be lied about. New clients only see the bad review no rebutal allowed. Taskrabbit just emailed me a bigger insult telling me it's a violation to break TVs, ignoring the fact it takes two people to mount a big screen TV and ignoring the fact I was mounting the TV not holding it, ignoring pics of a perfectly mounted TV.
