“Waiting on my refund”

Hi,

I am also one of the people still awaiting my money since April. However I was made aware there are other ways to get your money eg aireclaim. They claim the refund straight from the airlines but charge 25% fee. It seems like a safer option though. Has anyone done this and would like to share their experience?
