My kid brother just leased a new 2016 F-150 Crew Cab truck. He works with the truck, he has the two kids and the dog and his wife likes to keep things nice and tidy. He didn't realize it, but he needed seat covers. Covers that would keep the original interior in good shape and basically take a beating 7 days a week.

He doesn't realize it, but if he returns the truck and if the seats are too damaged or stained they will charge him back against the lease.

So, I thought I'd spare him the headache. I found nw seat covers online and the site was easy to navigate. The thing that really got me was, my brother loves fishing for Bass, and they have this pattern for Bass seat covers from fishouflage that is so cool. I'd never seen it before and knew that he would love them. Ordering was really straight forward - Year /Make /Model - select the seat style for front then rear - choose the fabric and submit contact and payment info.

There was a bit of a twist, I live just outside of San Francisco and my brother lives on Lake Minnetonka in Minnesota and I needed to have the covers drop-shipped to his place.
NW Seat Covers is located in Canada and I was a bit concerned about duties and all the other charges. I asked about this stuff in their remarks/notes section when I placed the order.
The next day I got a call from a really polite guy named Simon. He wanted to confirm that I had received the email confirmation that was sent to me and wanted to inform me about how easy northwest had made it to ship from Canad to the US.

He said that they had an system in place with UPS and that they would make sure that any duties, applicable taxes and brokerage were all being taken care of between Northwest and UPS.

Simon explained that I could use my work order number to track the progress of my order as it was being made for me. When the covers were finished and shipped, I would receive another email with the UPS tracking number showing when it left and when it was expected to be delivered. This was great news.

My brother David got the gift in-time for his birthday and they installed them that weekend and sent me pictures of him and the covers.
So, I just wanted people to know that the guys at NW Seat Covers really did a bang-up job of making a great product, making a big brother feel at ease and putting a smile on David's face. That was Priceless!- Highly Recommend them - Cheers.
I'm driving home after a long day and Murphy's Law hit me in the windshield. I'm following this big truck hauling gravel and I guess a stone came loose and hit the highway and then smacked my windshield which now looked like a spider web. I called the Safelite at 16th which was on my way. I spoke with a guy named David and explained that I had an important meeting for the following day at 10 AM and was wondering if could do anything to help me out.

I told him to set the appointment and that I'd grab a rental for my meeting. He invited me to visit him at the store. When I got there he told me he didn't have the glass at his store, but their South store had the windshield. When he saw my address on my insurance he made a quick call again and a few minutes later he proposed something.

The scheduling was the key to this. The south store technician would drop the windshield off at here at the 16th street store. The Tech from the 16th street store would take the glass and meet me early at my house and do a mobile install right there.
Sure enough, he was there earlier than expected and wanted to get started. It took him less than an hour and he told me not to drive it for about an hour so windshield could bond properly.
All I can say is wow! No rental and I got to my meeting on time!
