Scam! They claim that when you sign up for the 14 day trial@ 2.95 you are given the option to cancel. However, the only option you have at that point is the 2.95 option or the full service of 38.95. So after my 14 days were up they billed me again. Great way of doing business!

We make cancellation really easy. We give you multiple ways to cancel your subscription by phone, chat, by e-mail at customerservice@livecareer.com, or you can even go to our website, where there is a self-cancellation feature under the “My Account” section. We state that on our subscription sales page just below the continue button. Again, we also state that on the payment confirmation email we sent upon purchase.
