LaVese was very helpful and showed a genuine interest in resolving our issue. Our throw rug order was lost in the mail and she did everything possible to get a new order ready for us and get it out as immediate as possible. She also spent valuable time designing a set of collages for us to use on an added order of mugs. She had a very positive, upbeat attitude and was a pleasure to speak with. She is a good representation of how retail companies should treat phone and online customers. Thank you and happy holidays!
