Had to order a gas line hose after using the grill about 10 times. Customer service said it would take three weeks to send out a new hose. Unacceptable after one season of use. Can not tell you how disappointed I am in the Weber corporation.

Spoke to a supervisor (Drew Jacobs) and this seems to be business as usual.
