Very poor customer service in general -- they seldom respond and when they do it's a standard template that does not answer your question. Also, they had a major outage for several consecutive days last year. They promised to provide a prorated credit to customers but never did it. Finally, their terms and conditions are not focused on protecting customer interests. For example, I've noticed that if you try to cancel any transaction you will be banned from the site forever. Recently someone sent me a wrong link and I wanted to dispute the charge with my credit card company because I was misled. I'm sure I would have gotten my money back but onlyfans would have probably shut down my account, which is not fair. I don't feel this obscure UK company stands on my side.
