Looking for a new sportsbook I stumbled upon Bet99.com They were a Canadian sportsbook and were offering a 100% deposit match bonus up to $500. The bonus had a 5x wagering restriction upon it with a max qualifying stake of $600(now dropped to $500). Having made my deposit at Bet99.com and placed a wager, there was a forced provincial migration to Bet99.ca shortly thereafter. This prompted my account to be frozen for 15 days while I waited for my previously fully verified account to be verified again. After my account was re activated and verifed after being frozen for 15 days, I was able to complete the 5x bonus rollover after wagering close to $2900 dollars. I logged in the day after my last bet expecting to cash out my winnings. Apparently, Bet99.ca had not released my $500 welcome bonus and was claiming my first $500 wager did not qualify towards the bonus rollover. All my wagers had been point spread, and were well within the qualifying guidelines as to what quantified an eligible wager towards the 5x welcome bonus rollover. Bet99.ca refused to release the welcome bonus and claimed I needed to wager another $500. If you are unaware of Bet99.ca policies, withdrawals are not allowed while you have an active bonus. You must delete or complete the bonus. Needing to make a withdrawal, I placed another wager I did not want to, and that wager lost. I made my withdrawal after that, clearly feeling cheated out of my legitimately earned $500 welcome bonus that the dishonorable shysters at Bet99.ca were too cheap to honor.

To make things worse, about a 3 weeks later I received another bonus offer from Bet99.ca for the World Cup. Against my better discretion, I decided to give Bet99.ca a second chance. I made a $100 deposit and received a 100% match bonus with a promise of a $50 live bet insurance on a World Cup soccer match. I decided to throw caution to the wind and wagered on a +650 line and unfortunately lost. That was on December 14th 2022. Expecting to see the $50 bonus credit the next day in my balance, I was Surprised I did not. I again reached out to support and this time they flat out lied to me stating that the bonus had already been credited. It was clear as day my balance had remained unchanged and they were again being deceptive, dishonorable and cheap. Forging ahead, I was able to play through the 5x wager restriction for the bonus rollover. Checking the bonus page I noticed again the first bet had not been credited towards the bonus rollover. I contacted support and again they tried to claim there was a policy that the first wager after a deposit, does not count towards the bonus. Please keep in mind I had read their bonus terms and conditions and there was nothing in the fine print about first wagers not counting towards the bonus rollover. I simply decided to wager another $58 to complete the bonus and cash out, which I did. The $50 live bet insurance bonus they had failed to credit me, would have equated to an extra $180.50 on my withdrawal. Again, money I was dishonorably cheated out of. My $50 live insurance bet credit for the world cup has yet to be issued (December 21st 2022)7 days after the bet was settled. The fact these dishonorable lying cheap shysters have the audacity to place the Canadian Maple Leaf on their website's banner, is an insult to honest and honorable Canadians the globe over. Clearly, winners are not welcome at Bet99.ca and in my opinion you are better off trusting a different sportsbook. One that values their customers and treats them honorably and fairly instead of being deceptive, lying and shysting them out their hard earned money...

Tip for consumers:
Be prepared to not receive your cash bonuses and receive lies and deceit when dealing with customer service. Buyers beware...

Signed up for a PC Financial money account when it is first started. I was trying to fund my money account from another bank. After putting in the transfer request, no pending transaction showed in my PC money account. After waiting 1 business day I checked again, and still no pending transfer. So I put through the transfer request again via my PC money account(3-5 business day hold on all bank to bank transfers). After another business day I checked my PC Financial money account again, and still there was no pending transaction showing on my PC money account. I called customer service and inquired about the transfer. I was informed that there was 2 pending transfers but due to a glitch in there system it was no showing in my account. I then requested one of the 2 transfers please be cancelled as I did not have the funds to cover both. PC Financial did not cancel one of the 2 transfers and I was hit with an insufficient funds penalty fee by my bank. If this was not bad enough a couple of days later I decided to try and fund my PC money account via an Interac e-transfer. This should be instantaneous. My Interac e-transfer however, was held for over 48 hours...

I joined Facebook back in June/July of this year 2020. I joined to simply share photographs with family & friends. I never posted a single item to my timeline and my Facebook page was public. After 20+ hours of posting and archiving photographs to my albums section, my account was randomly disabled after only 3-4 weeks of being a member. I was asked to verify my account and uploaded a picture of my face to do so. My account was not reactivated. I challenged this decision and was asked to verify my account again. This time I uploaded a scan of my active vehicle license. Again, my account was not reactivated and this time it was permanently disabled. I tried to contact Facebook's customer service but soon realized, Facebook does not offer customer service. I can not think of any LEGITIMATE business, that does not offer customer service. Especially one with revenue in the billions. By failing to provide customer service Facebook eliminates any and all accountability for their actions. Clearly Facebook does not care about their site patrons and only exists to further their private agenda/s. I am not surprised however, since Facebook was built on the lies, deceit and treachery of Mark Zuckerberg...

Signed up for an account about 4 days ago on June 11th 2020. I received a $5 sign up bonus and completed a profile survey for $0.50. Decided I would go ahead and do a $30 cash back offer through their website, on top of earning $0.02 for a paid email. Bringing my account total to $35.52. I usually use a VPN to check my daily email, without knowing I attempted to sign in to DailyRewards.com after checking my daily email and with the VPN still on. I promptly received a message saying that my account had been terminated for using a VPN. I contacted customer support and explained the situation. They were indifferent to my honest mistake and went so far as to state that my account balance had been seized as well. So not only did DailyRewards.com terminate my account, the thieves stole my account balance of $35.52. Clearly this is a ploy they use to steal their customers rightfully earned money. I can understand that they chose to terminate my account, but that does not give them the power to steal their customers money or excuse the money they rightfully owe. If you are going to terminate an account on some bull you still need to square up and pay out what you owe it does not excuse the money you rightfully owe. This situation is shameful and disgusting. I strongly recommend you take your business to a reputable cash back site, not DailyRewards.com who is looking to steal and rip off their customers rightfully earned money...

I had an issue with 2 of my credit card deposits and contacted the cashier to request a refund of $12.46 USD to my credit card. They refused my request even though I was a silver level V. I. P. And had a triple digit cash balance with no active bonuses and no wager restrictions. I simply stated that if they refused to refund my money I would contact my credit card company and report fraud. This is when head of security Tony Massina reached out to me. He threatened me stating that if I reported fraud I would be black balled throughout the industry and Oddsmaker would take legal action against me. I decided at this point to report fraud to my credit card. After reporting the fraud I contacted Tony again via telephone. He stated that "If I would not pursue the matter further, he would leave my account in good standing and there would be no issue between us". I agreed to Tony's terms and stated I would not personally pursue the matter further. Having come to a verbal agreement I let Tony know that I had already reported the fraud to my credit card and THEY would be pursuing it not me. Tony became irate and reneged on his word and our verbal agreement and said my account was suspended permanently, and then froze my account balance. Knowing Tony's word wasn't worth a bottle of donkey urine, I blocked him on email and contacted the cashier to arrange a payout of my account's outstanding balance. The cashier stated my account was suspended and I had no access to the funds. I let them know this was theft, but they were indifferent to their treachery and thievery. To this day they refuse to pay out the money they have stolen from me. After working things out with my credit card I was able to have my last deposit refunded due to fraud but am still owed $37.46 USD by their sportsbook and casino...

Theft of my money aside, withdrawals take 10 business days to be "verified", at which point you will be couriered a check from China.

Over the years I have been a member of several different survey websites. I can say with 100% conviction that SurveyJunkie offers the lowest paid surveys on the web. The average is $0.35 for a 20 minute survey. You can also expect to get kicked out of the survey or disqualified after having completed all of or most of the questions. Not sure if SurveyJunkie pockets the money or is allowing the survey givers to rob their website patrons. On top of the lowest paid surveys, and getting robbed you can expect to not receive points at all after completing surveys. This happens when you are not disqualified or kicked from the survey, at or near completion, but go through all the steps of completion only to see that the points are not credited to your account. SurveyJunkie claims the points are pending and being held by the survey provider until they review the survey answers. But, given the other issues with this website I definitely have my suspicions. I completed a survey a week ago for 45 cents and it has yet to be credited to my account. ****Update: After waiting a week for my pending points and spending 20 minutes legitimately completing a survey, I just received 3 points(disqualification credit) out of the possible 45 points I was promised for completing the survey. Plain and simple I was >robbed<, of my time and my money.**** Don't be a sucker and waste your time and have your money stolen with this unprofessional, dishonest, penny pinching, thieving bull crap website. Hands down the worst survey website I have ever had the misfortune of being associated with...

Swagbucks is a joke and a scam. After completing a featured offer on their website I was instructed to wait 32 days, 32 day grace period in order to receive credit for a featured offer. After not receiving credit after 32 days I contacted them via their support. I received an email stating they were reviewing my case and to wait another 10 business days. So 6 weeks after completing an offer they were actively promoting I have yet to hear back from them or receive the promised payment. They are not answering my mail anymore. Swagbucks is a Scam and fraud take your business elsewhere...
