UPDATE
Customer Service contacted me and were Awesome. ‍They are resending Hoping this was a one time issue. As stated in original review. Prior orders all went fine.
So changing from two stars to 4-5

Original: Two boxes arrived. One ok the second a mess! The box w issues had 2 boxes inside. First box had pasta. One carba-nada bag open w crushed loose noodles in box. In same box one of two Nutriwell Spaghetti boxes punctured w loose spaghetti coming out! Oh and a living spider came out too!

Next box in package had 3 different bread products. No cold pack all active day 82 degrees w moisture( condensation) two on outside one inside.
The were squished inside the overcrowded box.
The Live Carb Smart one Net Carb bread. White was loose at bag opening w twisty tie loose w condensation ( inside) bag w 1/3 squished to half its size.
The next was Low Carb Gluten Free Bread Cinnamon w rasin. 82degrees wet outside snd 1/2 loaf squished
The last was low carb hamburger buns white so squished I counted only 4 rolls. Then I noticed one flattened roll so squished I did not see it at first. All were stuffed in a box w no cold pacs. I had ordered similar items of keto breads or rolls from here all came properly packaged in crush proof boxes w cold packs.
Oddly the other box was a styrofoam box cooler two cold packs. But my candy inc Gummy bears and jelly beans were in that. My expensive low card breads nothing? Beware
Do so called At 3:47 pm EST. Waited TILL 4:10 then I hung up redialed to hear they close at 4 pm. Nice to tell me and nice to leave me on hold‍
Then I had to write it all down on webpage which afterwards closed w no confirmation. Then this review In all I wasted over 1 1/2 hour and still have no idea what's up. Might have to redo all over again. More expensive and longer time spent than going to Whole Foods and a low carb store in person.
But hey at least the living spider was free
