The company and it's CSR's have been a pleasure to work with! We had a few shipping issues, not the fault of CPAP.com, but they handled them promptly and professionally. Their mask return policy makes it easy to make sure you have the correct mask for your therapy, the representative was very easy to deal with and went out of her way to make the transaction smooth!
